    <content type="html">&amp;nbsp;Tried to only go from low to middle C to be gentle. Even at low C experienced a pinched feeling. Was capable of hitting F above middle C on ocassion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;First priorities-&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Breathing and soft palate lifting.</content>

    <content type="html">Worked through the first page of "Stick Control" at 90 bpm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Work through S.C. &amp;nbsp;pg. 1 w/o stopping, work through pg. 2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Warm up tabla comps at 90 bpm, call Jim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vocal exercises-&lt;br /&gt;Major scales on ah, hum, ooh, ee. No more than 15 minute groupings, drink water constantly, don't push. &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Find out Dave's ENT rec's.&lt;br /&gt;Work on singing open.&lt;br /&gt;Work on diaphram support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast of fruits eggs and soymilk?
